In form this house is essentially a "heavy" curved roof limestone element anchored to the high point of the 1050m2 site, with a flat roof element cantilevering over the lower side of the sloping site.

Major spaces have been orientated to receive northern light and to take advantage of the views over Lake Monger. Living spaces integrate seamlessly with the eastern terrace overlooking the parkland and the northern terrace overlooking the lap pool.

A restrained palette of materials and colour complement the simplicity of the building forms.
