HOUSE 10 DALKEITH COMPLETED THIS WEEK
The swimming pool at House 10 Dalkeith will be in high demand this long weekend, as the owners move into their newly completed house, in which the pool nestles between pavilions as the central focus of the family home. The recent hot weather hasn't dampened the enthusiasm of the builder, Jumeirah Homes, to put their finishing touches to the project.
HOUSE 12 SHENTON PARK COMMENCES
Overlooking the lake, the construction of this contemporary Moroccan inspired house has begun in earnest this month. The builder, Gransden Construction, aim to have the predominantly limestone home completed by late 2012.
ESUOH WINS ARCHITECTURE AWARD
Esuoh, the Yallingup holiday retreat that was completed last year, has been awarded an Australian Institute of Architects Architecture Award at the 2010 Awards dinner. The striking, sophisticated "bunker" combines rammed limestone, polished concrete and natural fieldstone to create a luxurious, yet low maintenance dwelling.
